All applicants for Malaysia Toys"R"Us Star Card ("Star Card") must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Malaysia/Brunei residential address. |

The Toys R Us Star Card must be presented at the point of purchase, without it your transaction will not be recorded and no point will be rewarded. |

The Star Points accrued under Star Card do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. |

The Star Card has to be activated in order to enjoy the Star Offers and/or accumulate Star Points. The Star Card will only be activated with a NETT purchase of RM80 in a single receipt. |

Points will not be awarded when purchasing Toys R Us Gift Certificates, however, points will be awarded when Gift Certificates are exchange for goods. Star Points will be calculated on the net amount after the deduction of the value of any Toys R Us Gift Certificates or other cash coupons and discount of any kind. |

Also enjoy the Star Card Benefits at any Toys R Us store across Asia - The Star Card can be used at all Toys R Us main stores in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan to earn Star Points. The net purchase (after discounts) in local currency will be automatically converted to RM according to the prevailing exchange rate being used by Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd at the material time. |

Star Card members can enjoy exchange and refund service within 21 days from the date of purchase. Cardholders have to bring back the valid receipt and points will be deducted from the Star Cards. |

Star Points can only be earned for purchases made within Toys"R"Us main stores & Toybox. The Star Cash can only be redeemed at Toys"R"Us main stores. |

Every spend of 1 RM = 1 Star Point. Members can redeem RM10 Cash Voucher by every accumulation of 250 Star Points at any Toys R Us stores in Malaysia. Points expire in 2 years from date of purchase. There will be 2 points clearing date on June 30 and December 31 of each year. For example, points earned on May 1, 2010 will expire on June 30, 2012. |

Primary Star Card holders only will be entitled to the redemption of the vouchers. |

Star Cash Vouchers can be used on storewide purchase inside Toys R Us main store and Toybox including discounted products. This does not include purchase of the electronic consoles, electronic games and software, baby products (including diapers, food, juice, bath and health care items) and Toys R Us Gift Vouchers. |

The applicant authorizes Toys LiFung (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd., Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies the right to transfer personal data disclosed in the application herein to any departments within Toys LiFung (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Ltd and Li & Fung Group of companies for commercial, administration and promotional purposes. The applicant is entitled to have access to and make corrections to his/her personal data kept by Toys LiFung (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd, Toys LiFung (Asia) Limited and Li & Fung Group. We are always conscious and respectful of your privacy.
