Customer Review Reward 

Toys"R"Us Malaysia will host Customer Review Reward for a chance to win RM 100 gift card!

There will be 2 review reward campaign period as follows:

• For each Review Reward campaign, 5 winners will be selected to receive a Toys”R”Us gift card
• Any customers who purchased and reviewed a product on Toys”R”Us Malaysia website during the Review Reward period are eligible to participate in the Review Reward 

Terms and Conditions

• Qualifying period: 1 June to 30 September 2023, 1 October to 31 December 2023
• Customers who made an online purchase on www.toysrus.com.my and left a review on the product can stand a chance to win a RM 100 Toys”R”Us gift card
• Customers must have a valid email address and it is their responsibility to ensure that they have ongoing access to the account
• Positive, neutral and negative reviews are all eligible
• All reviews provided must be true and a reflection of the reviewer’s view and experience with the product
• If a review is published but removed prior before the announcement date, the associated entry will no longer be valid 
• In the event a product is removed from the website, the entry will remain valid provided it is approved for publication
• Toys”R”Us reserves the right to change, condense, withhold publication, remove or delete any content on Toys”R”Us’ website that Toys”R”Us deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or terms and conditions of customer ratings and reviews
• There will be five winners for each campaign and the winners will be notified by email
• Winners will need to confirm their reward within one week of announcement, otherwise their reward will be forfeited
• The prize (RM 100 Toys”R”Us gift card) will be emailed to the winners on 11 October 2023 and 17 January 2024, and the gift card will be activated automatically 24 hours after issue
• Winners have up to one year to redeem the value of the gift card before it expires
• Employees of Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us are not eligible to participate in the Product Review campaigns
• Valid in Malaysia only
