Returns & Refunds

• Goods can be exchanged or refunded within:
  • Non-Star Card Members: 14 days
  • Star Card Members: 21 days
• All exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all parts intact and unopened.
• All approved refunds will be returned via the same mode of payment as specified on the original receipt.
• Refunds must be returned with any gifts and coupons with purchase.
• Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of Toys”R”Us.
• Exchange per item is accepted once only.
• Gift certificates, gift cards, star card points, promotional coupons, delivery charges, plastic bags charges or transaction enjoyed any promotional offers (e.g. free parking, mall points and purchase redemption) are not refundable. 
• No refund/exchange will be given on discounted/clearance merchandise, promotional gifts, and pre-order items.
• All electronic and computer items, peripheral products and accessories, app-controlled toys, video game hardware and software, collectible items (including but not limited to Star Wars, Transformers, Iron Man, Hot Wheels Diecast Vehicles, LEGO Minifigures, Blind Packs, game cards and trading cards), food and consumables, children's underwear and sock are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Toys”R”Us reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Gift Card

• A Gift Card can only be used in Toys“R”Us Malaysia.
• Toys”R”Us will not be responsible for any stolen or lost Gift Card
• Toys”R”Us Gift Card cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards. 
• The Gift Card is valid starting from the day of purchase and it remains active for 12 months from the date of the last top-up. Any unused amount will not be refunded after expiry.
• If you have made an Online payment with a Gift Card in whole or part of the order, any item paid for using the Gift Card is accepted for return. The amount owing will be added to a new Digital Gift Card and email to the original Card receiver.
