Terms & Conditions For Toyful Voucher Purchase

1. The Toyful Voucher Set is only available for purchase by Star Card members through the Toys"R"Us Malaysia official website. Members must log in to their user account to purchase.

2. Each Star Card member is strictly limited to purchasing only 1 voucher set during the promotion period.

3. The purchased voucher set is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or full value under any situations.

4. Voucher A will be credited to the account and available for redemption on the same day. Voucher B and Voucher C will be reflect and able to redeem on the next day of purchase.

5. Star Card members pay RM50 to receive 3 redemption Toyful Vouchers, which will be reflected in the member’s Toys"R"Us mobile app account after successful payment.

6. Purchasing the Toyful Voucher Set will earn Star Card points, provided that all terms and conditions of the Star Card are fullfilled.

7. The Toyful voucher set is subject to limited quota, allocated at the sole discretion of Toys"R"Us. It will be removed from sale once the quota is fulfilled.

8. The Toyful Vouchers can only used to redeem white price tag products only and cannot be used for Electronic consoles, Game software, trading card games and Toys"R"Us gift cards.

9. In the event of any disputes, Toys"R"Us Malaysia reserves the right to the final decision without contestation.

10. Toys"R"Us Malaysia retains the unconditional right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions pertaining to the set voucher without prior notice at any time.

Terms & Conditions For Toyful Voucher Redemption

1. The Toyful vouchers are non-transferrable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full value, and only one offer can be utilised per transaction, without exceptions.

2. Each Toyful vouchers can only be used once, limited to one voucher per transaction. The voucher will be removed from the member's App account after use regardless of circumstances.

3. To utilise the Toyful vouchers, the minimum spending requirement stated on the individual voucher must be met, otherwise the voucher is invalidated.

4. If the redeemed value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the voucher, the difference shall not be refunded and if the redeemed value of goods exceeds the amount stated in the voucher, the difference must be paid by the voucher holder.

5. Toyful Vouchers are valid only until the expiry date. Expired vouchers will be automatically voided upon expiry and cannot be reissued, refunded or exchanged under any situation.

6. Toyful Vouchers are absolutely only valid for use at Toys"R"Us retail stores in Malaysia and cannot be used for online purchases under any circumstances.

7. Toyful Vouchers can only used to redeem white price tag products and cannot be used for Electronic consoles, Game software, trading card games and Toys"R"Us gift cards.

8. Unless explicitly specified in writing, Toyful Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions or privilege card offers under any circumstances.

9. The physical or e-voucher must be presented to the cashier before completing the transaction, otherwise the voucher is invalid.

10. All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgits. Product availability may vary across individual Toys"R"Us stores and is fully dependent on Toys"R"Us's discretionary stock levels at the time, over which Toys"R"Us has full control.

11. Any visuals provided are for illustrative purposes only as actual products may differ. Toys"R"Us accepts no liability for any variations.

12. In the event of disputes, Toys"R"Us Malaysia reserves the unconditional right of final decision without contestation or appeal.

13. Toys"R"Us Malaysia retains the absolute right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions pertaining to the redemption vouchers without prior notice at any time.

14. Toyful Vouchers are not stackable with any other vouchers, Star Card vouchers or Bank Vouchers.
